Summer of Sake


For the first in a summer-long series of sake pairing dinners, we have invited Chris Griese to join us as guest sake sommelier on Thursday, June 27 at 6 pm. Griese has designed a pairing flight to complement the flavors and textures of Chef Furukawa’s June kaiseki menu and will be sharing his wealth of sake knowledge with our guests. Griese has received his Advanced Sake Professional II Certification in Tokyo and was part of the WSET’s first class of Level III Sake Educators. He brewed sake at Fuchu Homare in Ibaraki prefecture and now brews at Minneapolis' own @motoisake, the first-ever sake brewpub outside of Japan. Reserve your table at exploretock.com/kaisekifurukawa
